On this floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two separate beds (2x90x200 cm) that can be joined together. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the comfort of this level. On the lower floor, indulge in pampering in the IR sauna for 4 people or have fun at the billiard table and table football. There is also an additional shower cabin and toilet. The villa's special feature is its beautiful wine cellar, where you can enjoy selected wines from local winemakers.
