Guests can enjoy the warmth and comfort of a thoughtfully designed space, perfect for relaxation and connecting with nature. The unique charm of our property lies in its serene ambiance, providing a sense of balance and peace while being conveniently close to vibrant cities and natural attractions. Here, you’ll feel at home, far from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything this enchanting region has to offer.
Welcoming guests brings me immense joy, as it allows me to share the magic of this special place. As a retired teacher with a passion for healing and well-being, I strive to create an environment where guests can relax and feel truly welcome. I spend most of my time outdoors, and when I’m at home, I love reading and enjoying peaceful moments. My greatest wish is for guests to experience this place as I do – as a haven for relaxation, exploration, and inspiration.

Alongside stunning views of the Gulf of Trieste, it offers quick access to nearby cities such as Trieste (8 km), Koper (15 km), Ankaran, Izola, Piran, and Strunjan (30 km). The area is rich in natural wonders, including the climbing walls in Osp, the Val Rosandra Nature Reserve, the Škocjan Caves, Slavnik, and the famous frescoes of Hrastovlje's "Dance of Death."
