nahaja se v mirni in zeleni soseski izven mestnega vrveža in le 4 minute z vlakom do centra. v bjižini vse 4 obvoznice, BTC nakupovalno središče, park Zajčja dobrava z jahanjem, Lidl, Spar, Hofer, restavracija Jurman, banka, pošta, cerkev Soba ima veliko zakonsko posteljo 180x200 ter raztegljiv kavč za 2 osebi. Možno je na vašo željo dodati tudi otroško posteljico. Na terasi je zunanja kuhinja ter zunanji predel za obedovanje. Bazen je odprt od 15.6. do 15.9. ter je na voljo z doplačilom 5,00e na osebo.
