We invite you to stay in our spacious and comfortable apartment, located in Sečovlje, just a short drive from Portorož and Piran. With 115 m² of interior space and an additional 30 m² terrace, it offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay—also for your furry friends, as pets are welcome! The apartment features three bedrooms: - One with a large double bed and a private bathroom. - Another with a 120 cm wide single bed. - The third has two single beds. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a spacious living room with a sofa and a large TV, and a separate dining area for six. The entire unit is on the ground floor and has two air conditioners and an additional fan in the dining area. High-speed WiFi is available, and bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, a large terrace and garden offer stunning river views, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A BBQ and a large outdoor dining table make it perfect for enjoying meals outside. Parking is right next to the house, and there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Just 150 meters from the house, you’ll find a children’s playground, and the Parenzana cycling and walking trail passes directly in front. More than 25 beaches are within a 20-minute drive, with the nearest, Ribič Beach, accessible by bike. We look forward to hosting you!

The village of Sečovlje is best known for its historic salt pans, where you can take a relaxing walk, go jogging, cycle, or simply watch the traditional salt-harvesting process. It’s also a great spot for families, offering plenty of space for children to play in nature. This house is a perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful beaches of the region. If you enjoy cycling, you can easily ride from the house to the coast—Portorož is just 8 km away! On the Slovenian side, you can visit scenic beaches like Punta Piran, Fiesa, Strunjan, San Simon, and Žusterna. If you feel like exploring across the border, Croatia is just 2 km away, with stunning beaches such as Kanegra, Crveni vrh, and Savudrija. There are more than 25 beaches just waiting for you!
