Due to the situation related to Covid, we disinfect our premises with ozone after each stay! Apartment 501 is located in the center of Važec, only a few steps from the local square, with beautiful views of the High Tatras. The apartment has been recently renovated and is furnished with new, modern furniture. Even though it is located in the center of the village, it is quiet and therefore offers space for relaxation under the Tatra Mountains. On the property, there is a terrace available in the summer season. For the smallest guests we have a sandpit with toys.

We should be available for guests during their stay most of the time, so they can contact us with any problem. We will also be happy to advise you when planning trips around the area

Near the apartment there are several grocery stores, a restaurant, a café, a pharmacy and a post office. The village itself offers its visitors several leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling, mushrooming or skiing. Directly in the village there is the Važecká Cave, which is one of the most famous caves in northern Slovakia. Visitors of the village have the opportunity to visit the House of Jan Hala, known especially as a painter of the distinctive Slovak village and the life of its people and an illustrator of many books for children. Važec is an excellent starting point for trips to the High or Low Tatras or Liptov, as it is located in the middle between Liptovský Mikuláš and Poprad. With the car you can ride to the village directly from the highway. It is also possible to get to the village by train or bus . The train station is about 25 minutes walk from the apartment.
