Why stay in a tiny hotel room, when you can enjoy a beautifully furnished, spacy 89 m2, perfectly located home-away-from-home for your wonderful Kosice stay for a good price? In heart of Košice - old city, steps from best restaurants, museums, and parks! Two sunny bedrooms, with a queen-sized bed and three beds, comfortable living area, eat-in fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom, long hallway, and all the appliances and internet you could need! Undefloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom; cozy in the winter. It's on the first floor, just over a small supermarket. The house has the elevator so suitable also for older guests. Quiet, safe building, with nice neibourghs. Easy parking (free parking with small car in our private garage in the yard or with big car in private parking house for some fee ). The flat can accomodate up to 5 quests.

Neighborhood info

Apartment is perfectly located in Kosice - old city, in Letná Street. That means that you are a VERY short walk to the well preserved historical centre (4-5 min), St. Elizabeth Cathedral - Slovakia s largest church (7 min), many heritages protected buildings in Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, and Art Nouveau styles. Just opposite a nice Letna Park, Komenskeho Park. So close to thriving pedestrian zone with many boutiques, cafes and plenty of restaurants. One of the best restaurants - Krcma Letná is just opposite the main entrance of our home..., and so, SO MUCH MORE!!!
