Newly built Arctic House is located on the outskirts of the small village of Osádka. The cottage offers year-round comfortable accommodation with a total capacity of ten people. There are three bedrooms. There is also an extra bed for children. The bathroom has a luxurious shower room with a radio and lots of massage options. In the cottage there is a large living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, MP3 radio and tiled oven that will provide you romantic evenings. If necessary, you have floor heating options. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Free internet WiFi connection is provided throughout the whole cottage. Beautiful views of the countryside can be enjoyed from the balcony or terrace. In the garden there is a gazebo with seating, grill, kettle, playhouse full of toys, swings, slide and sandpit. In the summer months a comfortable whirpool is available in the courtyard. You can park your cars directly at the object.

Cottage Arctic House is situated in a small village Osádka, on the Orava below Choč hill. Surroundings promises great skiing in the ski resorts Kubinska Hola, Malino Brdo or Racibor. Tourists are encouraged to explore the hill Veľký Choč, Lúčanský waterfall, Prosiecka and Kvačianska valley or Vyšnokubínske rocks. History enthusiasts will certainly appreciate the Articular Church of Leštiny, Martin Kukučín's House, the Orava Gallery or the well-known Orava Castle, whose visit can be combined with a fun rafting on the Orava River. Folk architecture of Orava can be seen in several nearby villages. After a day you can relax and enjoy a rest in the Aquapark Bešeňová, Aqua-Vital Park Lucky or Aquarelax Dolny Kubin.
