Renovated cottage is situated in Demanova village at the entrance to Demänovská Valley and in the ski resort Jasna Low Tatras in the village at the end of the street. The rear wing and garden are located directly next to the Demänovka river. Within walking distance there is a ski bus stop and grocery.

Within a radius of 15 km is a ski resort Jasna, Pavčina period-Žiarce and tourist attractions such as the caves in Demänovská Valley, bobsleigh track in Pavčina time Tatralandia and other additional services for active summer and winter holidays, including the possibility of hiking in Low and West Tatras.
