Spacious and well-equipped loft on Hlavna in the middle of Kosice city life with excellent accessibility to all interesting sights, shopping, public transport and entertainment spots. Central location, ELEVATOR, TWO bathrooms and A/C make this booking rare and attractive. The loft is divided in a day and night zone. There is a living room with dining table, a kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. Sleeping area on 2nd floor offers a sofa bed for two guests in the open space and private bedroom with double-bed and 2nd bathroom. There is a shower and toilet in each bathroom. CITY TAX of 2.50 EUR/person/night is added to the accommodation price due to local regulation No. 229 about occupancy tax. The host also requires ID details from each registered guest for city tax purposes.

This is a city center with countless restaurants, coffee shops, cinema Usmev and culture spot Tabacka in the walking distance. Shopping mall Urban with Lidl in the underground is just across the street. Travel by public transport to tram/bus stop "Nam. Maratonu Mieru" (5 mins from apartment) with excellent accessibility to all city parts. Park your car on Masiarska or Bacikova street at standard Zone 1 rates* on Mon-Fri 7.30 AM – 6.00 PM, Sat 7.30 AM – 1 PM Private parking is available on Kasarenske namestie on Mon-Fri 7.30 AM – 7.30 PM, Sat 7.30 AM – 1 PM at standard Zone 1 rates* *0.75 EUR/30 min, max 9 EUR/day; parking is free of charge on Saturday after 1 PM and on Sunday
