If you're looking for a true rural escape, this is the place for you. Historic cottage Amelia was recently (2024) renovated, keeping its traditional village style and atmosphere. Guests can enjoy spacious bedroom with 4 single beds, easily convertible into 2 doubles. There is also a sofa bed in cosy living room and another one in more formal dining room. We've added few modern - day luxuries, such as dishwasher or washing machine, so you can save your free time to enjoy luscious green garden or large, sunny patio.
Cottage Amelia is located in peaceful rural village of Čechy. Village has one pub with kids' playground and tennis court guests can rent. Pub serves local specialties over the weekend, only drinks are served during working days. There is a small ski slope down the road, ideal for small kids or beginners and animal farm with pond nearby. Local minimarket is 50 meters away from the house. Region is famous for its thermal springs, with unique salt water thermal spa of Podhajska just 10 mins drive away, opened all year round. If you'd like to try fishing, explore surrounding hills by bike or visit marshlands for some bird watching, we'd be happy to help with itinerary.
