You can enjoy breathtaking views of the city and surrounding area. 🌿 The castle can easily be reached on foot directly from the apartment through the Brezina forest park. The route follows mostly paved and maintained paths. Although the beginning includes a gentle uphill walk, the journey itself is very pleasant and scenic. 🚶‍♂️ An alternative walking route to the city center via Gen. M. R. Štefánik Street takes approximately 15 minutes. From the city center (Mierové Square), the walk up to the castle takes around 5–15 minutes depending on the chosen route. 🌲 A popular scenic route to the castle leads through Brezina forest park from Pod Sokolice Street toward Kukučínova Street. This walk takes approximately 55–65 minutes and offers beautiful nature views and a peaceful atmosphere.
