Welcome to our brand-new, premium smart home. We offer 4 private double rooms, each featuring a modern en-suite bathroom (thermostatic showers, Geberit bidet toilets), individual air conditioning, underfloor heating, remote-controlled exterior blinds, high-speed fiber internet, and a 55" Smart TV. Guests have access to generous shared spaces: 2 fully equipped kitchens, an air-conditioned lounge, and premium Siemens laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The property is highly secure (24/7 CCTV, Paradox alarm, Dahua video intercom) and offers up to 10 secure parking spaces.

We offer excellent transport links: the house is just a few minutes' drive from Košice International Airport and has quick access to the city bypass. The historical city center, featuring the stunning St. Elisabeth Cathedral, restaurants, and cafes, is only a 10–15 minute drive or a short public transport ride away. Local shops and services are right around the corner.
