Our accommodation is an ideal choice for couples, families with children, as well as business travelers. It is located in a fully renovated apartment building in a quiet area without traffic noise, allowing guests to truly relax. The apartments are new, modern, and fully equipped to make you feel at home, whether you are staying for a short visit or a longer stay. A major advantage is hassle-free parking. Nearby, there is a Gothic church that adds to the pleasant and authentic atmosphere of the area.

We are Andrej and Katka, and together with our little son Milo, we live in this house. We enjoy creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere where our guests feel welcome and at ease. We renovated the accommodation ourselves and see it not only as a job, but also as an opportunity to meet new people and make their stay in the Liptov region truly enjoyable. We have been working in tourism for many years, which allows us to know the region very well. We are happy to help with tips for trips, local attractions, and activity recommendations tailored to your preferences. If you need anything during your stay, we are always available and glad to assist.

The name Jan Gustav carries a personal story – it comes from the first names of Katka’s grandfather, to whom we owe this house. The district of Okoličné, where the accommodation is located, is named after his family lineage. This quiet and sought-after part of Liptovský Mikuláš offers a peaceful atmosphere while still providing excellent access to the town center. The Liptov region is one of the most popular destinations in Slovakia and offers a wide range of leisure activities throughout the year. Summer is perfect for hiking, cycling, swimming, and exploring natural and cultural landmarks. In winter, the region attracts visitors with skiing, ski touring, and relaxation in warm thermal springs. In the surrounding area, you will find many well-known attractions, restaurants, museums, and beautiful natural sites, ensuring that every guest can enjoy a stay tailored to their preferences.
