Pred odchodom: vypnúť všetky spotrebiče a vodu, umyť použitý riad, zatvoriť roletu a okná, vyniesť smeti. Počas ubytovania: nefajčiť v apartmáne, dodržiavať ticho a nočny kľud, šetriť s energiami, voda a elektrina a teplo. Byť ostražitý voči podvodníkom a zlodejom!
