Ubytovanie je na vysokej úrovni . K dispozícii je romantická reštaurácia LAGÚNA, (kde majiteľ si varí sám), ktorá sa pýši špičkovou kvalitou jedál. Vyznačujeme sa skvelou polohou, nakoľko je od nás komfortný prístup do okolitých miest Dubnica nad Váhom, Trenčín, Trenčianske Teplice, Nová Dubnica, Brumov,.. Penzión je vzdialený 15km od historického mesta Trenčín a súčasne v blízkosti známeho kúpeľného mestečka Trenčianske Teplice. Zároveň vyzdvihujeme golfové ihrisko Mariána Hossu a zimný štadión Mariána Gáboríka, od nás vzdialený len 13 km. V letných mesiacoch funguje novovybudované kúpalisko s antikorovým bazénom. Možnosťou ako obohatiť Vaše dni strávené v tomto meste je taktiež príjemná jazda na koni.
