Property info

The comfortable and refurbished interior of Villa Valča takes up 750 m2, whereas outside, the estate provides 2000 m2 of beautiful forest covered surroundings, ideal for family recreation and groups of friends limited to 13 people. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a bar combined with a capacious living room including 50” Plasma Smart Full HD TV, Dolby Surround 5.1 set, Skylink Satellite, Wi-Fi, French brick fireplace and leather sofa set. The house has 3 bedrooms (3×3), each with its own bathroom, Full HD TV, Wi-Fi, desk and couch. The estate has a separate wellness section comprising a 9m indoor pool, 6 person Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna for 6, cooling shower and a relaxation zone with deckchairs. A wooden gazebo for lounging and barbecuing is also available, if you like to indulge in sport activities, just hop into the pool, step on the tennis and basketball courts table or improve your ping-pong game at the table. .
