Ing. Martin Štancel, PhD. is a university lecturer from Krompachy, who works in the field of Informatics. In addition to his academic career, he is actively involved in sports volunteering at world events, including the Olympics and World Cups. Martin has worked at the Summer Olympics in Rio, the PyeongChang Olympics and was at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, where he helped prepare the Alpine skiing courses where Slovak skier, Petra Vlhová, won the gold medal. Martin's work and passion for travel, sport and volunteering makes him an exceptional host who brings enthusiasm and experiences from different parts of the world to his beloved place and to the Villa Stancelini accommodation.
