Et équipé de chauffe eaux solaires, de caméras de surveillance pour la sécurité Afin de proposer des biens répondant aux attentes des locataires . Et Un appartement au 2ème étage, une maison individuelle de 130 m2 de type F4 comblant modernité et élégance et composée de trois (03) chambres, deux (02) salons prolongés sur le balcon, deux (02) toilettes intérieures, une toilette extérieure, une cuisine américaine et un espace familial. L’appartement est équipé de chauffe eau solaire et aussi de caméras de surveillance au niveau des escaliers.
