Arrival Formalities:
In accordance with Senegalese hospitality regulations, villas are subject to the same requirements as hotels and guesthouses. Upon arrival, all guests are required to complete a police registration form and provide valid identification details.
Tourist Tax:
A tourist tax of 1,000 FCFA per person, per night applies for the entire duration of your stay (from the first to the last day of the reservation, regardless of arrival and departure times).
Electricity Consumption:
Electricity consumption during your stay is the guest's responsibility. Electricity must be purchased and topped up using a Woyofal prepaid card (approximately 180 FCFA per kWh). Once the meter begins flashing, a recharge will be required. Our staff will be happy to assist if needed. To help reduce consumption, we recommend turning off air conditioning units when leaving the property and avoiding running them continuously throughout the day.
Non-Smoking Property:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Parties & Events:

Abdoulaye attends the property daily to maintain the garden, water the plants, and clean the swimming pool (usually twice a day). Upon arrival, you can arrange with him the times that are most convenient for you.
Check-in / Check-out:
A brief property inspection and an electricity meter reading will be carried out both at check-in and check-out.
Respect for the Property:
Please report any breakages, losses, or damage to equipment as soon as possible. Any damages incurred during your stay may be charged to the guest.
