A Casa Valdívia Homes 2- Princípe, é uma típica casa em madeira, construída com mão de obra e materiais locais e respeitando, acima de tudo, o eco-sistema em que está inserida, bem como as tradições locais da Ilha do Princípe. Localizada numa zona privilegiada, junto à cidade e 100 metros ( cerca de 3 minutos a pé) da praia Ponta Mina, é o local idílico para uns dias passados no Leve Leve desta paradisíaca Ilha.
Olá, sou a Rita Valdívia, sou portuguesa e com uma paixão enorme pela Ilha do Princípe! Assim que pisei a Ilha, senti de imediato um amor incondicional pela mesma. Gostaria de vos transmitir esse Amor que sinto por África e especialmente por uma Ilha que é impossível ficar indiferente! Se paraíso existe... só pode ser aqui! Gostaria de partilhar convosco este projecto aventura e poder mostrar-vos quão especial esta ilha é.
Valdivia Homes - Principe é uma casa construída no meio do paraíso. Fica a 1,5 km da cidade de Santo António, e ao lado da Praia Ponta Mina ( cerca de 300 metros) A casa é de uso exclusivo dos hóspedes e dispõe de uma varanda com uma vista soberba para a baía de Santo António e onde pode contemplar a beleza ímpar dos papagaios da Ilha. O acesso à casa é feito por caminhos muito fáceis, estando muito perto da cidade e a 6 km do Aerporto. Aqui reina a Paz e a Tranquilidade! Deixo também um alerta , na ilha do Príncipe a electricidade é normalmente desligada das 2 às 6 da manhã , por questões ecológicas. Pelo que nesse período a casa não tem electricidade, no entanto, a casa tem lâmpadas solares recarregáveis diariamente , que ajudam a ter uma luz de presença.
