This is a newly re modeled house. A charming Spanish 3-bedroom style villa brought up to modern and sophisticated living standards. The house offers guests a relaxing and tranquil retreat from the thriving town of Ataco. The ground level is maintained by the live in co-host/caretaker. The upper level offers 3 beautiful bedrooms, 4 beds total, sleeps 8 maximum, a private bathroom and a charming living room area with double doors that open onto a balcony. The whole private 2nd level is yours at time of rental.
The owner and the host of the property is born and raised in Ataco. She hopes this house makes you feel at home during your stay and lets you feel like the local people of this beautiful town.
The house is located in the heart of Ataco. Steps away from the town square and the Church. You are close to all of Ataco's restaraunts, coffee shops and markets. Enjoy the cobbled streets, colorful murals and unique charm of Ataco.
