We offer three different private rooms located in a recently restored Spanish Colonial home set right in the center of Suchitoto, on the north side of main church and only 1/2 block from the main plaza. The Celeste/blue Room has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. Our simplest room the Yellow/Amarillo room has two very small single beds and an exterior bathroom exclusively for guests staying in this room. Our family room has a master bathroom, two semi matrimonial/twin beds and one bunk bed and can sleep up to 6 people. All of our rooms have A/C units and none of our rooms offer hot water, something that most don´t miss as Suchitoto is very hot. Casa Flamenco Suchitoto also operates as one of Suchitoto´s top restaurants, coffee shop and on weekends opens its small bar. We don´t advertise as rooms having Wi-Fi but there is Wi-Fi in most of our installations and many guests enjoy our small patio tables to set up their laptops. Our restaurant opens at 8:00 am and our staff take orders up until 8:30 pm closing the street door at 9:00 pm. On Friday and Saturday nights our small bar is normally open until 1:00 am. Check in is from 2:00 pm and on and no problem checking in as late as 8:45 pm as our full staff is here until 9:00 pm. Late check ins must be confirmed in advance so we can let our night person know who is coming and at what time.

Roberto known in Suchitoto as El Gringo Roberto has been living and working in Suchitoto since 1997. He has worked his entire time in El Salvador in Social development and since 2007 started working in tourism. He is the owner of Gringo Tours and on August 1st, 2025 he and his wife Tita took over and are the new owners of Casa Flamenco Suchitoto. You can commonly hear Robert telling guests "That for most of 2022-2025 he would tell his tour clients the Casa Flamenco was he and Tita´s favorite day to day restaurant and his second favorite place for coffee" Today Robert will tell you its hands down the best cup of coffee and dessert place in town and one of Suchitoto top 10 restaurants! Since January of 2026, Robert has moved Gringo Tours office to Casa Flamenco. Most days you can find Yunior or Robert in the office, if not just ask the staff and they will contact you in person. We do stay very busy so always recommend making your travel plans in advance as many days all of our drivers/guides are booked.

Casa Flamenco Suchitoto is located right in the heart of little Suchitoto, just steps away from the main plaza and church. You can generally find parking right in front and next to the church or just around the corner. Suchitoto has always been considered very safe and most residents including myself park our vehicles on the streets. Sometimes on weekends and holidays parking in the center of town can be tough but usually by around 6 pm most local return to the capital leaving parking for locals and guests. For those travelling on motorcycles our guests commonly park right in front of Casa Flamenco
