中国“公共区域非常干净，宽敞；对3人间来说，客房充电位充裕。前台工作人员Osmin非常友好且负责任。因为次日要赶上班车到圣安娜火山，Osmin特意安排提早为我们准备早餐。入住时沐浴间没有热水供应，Osmin又把隔壁一间空房钥匙给我们过去洗澡。非常贴心，很感谢。”
