We are located on the most peacefull waters of the pacific coastline of El Salvador! The property is flat, has a nice hammock ranch, has a completely closed perimeter, you can bring your dogs and not worry of them wandering away. It is a tranquil, quiet enviroment. The kitchen is well equipped. Includes filtered water, you just need to make a supermarket stop for food and drinks! Rafa and his family will recieve you with a fresh harvested coconut, they take care of the property, they are fishermen and live in another house inside the property. Activities have been developed as what him and I enjoy doing, Fishing mostly! He will be your guide. they clean around every day. Cooking and kitchen work is NOT part of their responsabilities. As we are concerned to be as ECO friendly as possible no chemicals are used on the gardens.

Images talk better than words, the ocean views are jaw dropping beautifull! this is a very safe beach house area, not commercial. There´s some restaurants, hardware store, mini supermarket, bars, hotels nearby, but NOT walking distance. To move around is better to have your own car. Otherwise, we can provide or organize transportation from and to the airport... to do shopping, go out for lunch, or anything you have in mind. Moving on public transport, the 385 bus stops right on the front door. The area is great for birders, having Conchagua volcano nearby, you can see birds from sea level to 1,625 M.A.S.L. withing a 45 minute drive. By boat, behind the peninsula, there is a nice mangrove area, its estuary, nearby isolated beaches and rocky cliffs. Fishing wise, Meanguera and the gulf islands are a 45min boatride away, ideal for coastal trolling. Deep sea waters are 15 miles away. Casting from shore for small fish can be done in front of the property, casting for rooster and snook can be done from shore on rocky areas a few kms. walk away on the beach to the right, or to the left at the estuary´s delta. bottom fishing from the boat is just a mile away in to the bay.
