This ultra modern villa comes equipped with luxury furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with king sized beds, two and a half bathrooms, a private infinity plunge pool, and a hot tub on the huge rooftop terrace. Stroll down to the beach, or the gym, or the communal pool which is just outside the villa.
We own the villa with our closest friends and my sister in law and her husband. We live in Montreal Canada, and we have older children that are starting their lives away from home. We all love being active and travelling, so we have equipped the Villa with everything that we would enjoy when we are away, we hope you will appreciate everything that Blue Sanctuary has to offer.
It is located in the private gated community of Indigo bay, with breathtaking ocean views and cooling trade winds, yet just a short drive to great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bars and casinos. Don't forget to try the Indigo Beach restaurant down by the beach, it has a great atmosphere and the food is just fabulous. The island boasts breathtaking shorelines, the prettiest beaches and bluest waters in the Caribbean, exciting nightlife, casinos, duty free shopping, world-class restaurants, and an inspiring arts and culture scene that has catapulted this destination to become the “Culinary Capital of the Caribbean.” In addition, there is so much more to this island paradise shared by France and the Kingdom of the Netherlands: a cosmopolitan culture, a sophisticated but comfortable lifestyle, and unforgettable adventures, trips and excursions. Located in the heart of the Caribbean, it comes with a daily temperature that is a perfect 28°to 30°C (82°- 88°F) every day, all year long.
