The property is located in Thembelihle, one of the most secure and residential areas of Mbabane. This neighbourhood is known for its exclusivity and safety, and is home to embassies, diplomats, and long-term residents, making it one of the most desirable areas in the city. The accommodation is situated approximately 3.5 km from the city centre. However, due to Mbabane’s mountainous terrain, with its many curves and steep hills, the property is not recommended for guests traveling on foot. It is, however, very convenient and easily accessible for those traveling by car.
