Whole house. Two stories, with two bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom and toilet downstairs. Now/diner with American kitchen. All modern equipment and property in excellent condition. Parking for vehicle immediately outside the property. Large swimming pool just a few steps away facing the 18th fairway on the golf course. Grace Bay beach literally 2.5 minutes by car, and Regent village which is now the commercial centre of TCI just a few minutes away grocery store, shops, bars, restaurants activity centres et cetera et cetera. Plentiful supply of beach chairs and an umbrella at the property, and at the entrance to grace bay beach there is a local guy renting sun loungers and shade if necessary.
