- Luxurious new villa with high ceilings, huge windows, and designer finishes - Gorgeous private pool and lounge area - Great ocean views from the 2nd floor! - 3 spacious bedrooms with full en-suites - Fully-fenced and gated property - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 500 USD penalty. The first floor of the villa features: Large open kitchen Dining table for 8 Living room with L-shaped sectional & HDTV Bedroom 1: queen bed, full en-suite The second floor features: Bedroom 2: king bed, double balconies, HDTV, full en-suite with rain shower Bedroom 3: queen bed, balcony, HDTV, full en-suite with rain shower Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
