Beautiful 1 Bedroom Pool/Garden Villa on Grace Bay Beach (sleeps 4) Villa Renaissance, located directly on Grace Bay Beach. GRACE BAY BEACH VOTED #1 BEACH IN THE WORLD! This updated and elegant one bedroom, first floor poolside unit is located at one end of the pool, while at the other end of the mosaic framed tiled pool with a Jacuzzi is the entrance to the beach - the ocean is only steps away. Throughout the suite you will find travertine marble floors and tiles. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances, separate dining and living areas, washer and dryer (iron and ironing board), and a beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area to the right. The living area has a HD television, US Cable TV, DVD and secure Wi-Fi internet. The unit is fully Air conditioned with ceiling fans and in-room safe (we are not responsible for personal property). This villa also has a pullout sofa bed to accommodate a 3rd-4th guest. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the bathroom includes a large bathtub for the perfect relaxing experience, a shower, illuminated mirrors, hairdryer and vanity.

A short walk along our boardwalk brings you onto the powder-soft sand of award winning Grace Bay Beach, and the sapphire and turquoise waters. Motorized and non-motorized water-sports (such as paddle boarding , Kayaks or hobie cats), daily excursions, romantic secluded boat trips and more are available local! Next door you will find The Regent Village. Known locally as “the heart of Provo” you will discover duty free, numerous restaurants, small bars and lots of shops. Graceway Gourmet supermarket is only a short 10 minute walk away. We will even stock your villa with groceries prior to your arrival (nominal fee required). Overlooking the sapphire and turquoise oceans and powder white soft stand, it is just wonderful to think that you can get away from it all. For an elegant, private and peaceful stay there is only one clear choice, Villa Renaissance. PLEASE NOTE: there is a 22% "tax" added to your rental, which comprises the 12% mandatory government tax, as well as a 10% "service charge" Cancellation Policies In the event of weather or related travel advisories, alternate booking dates will be offered (not including high season dates). No refund.
