This modern 4 bedroom pool villa is only a 10 minutes drive from Hua Hin town centre. The villa features an open plan living, dinning and kitchen area. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The villa comes with maid service 5 times pr. week (4 hours) Tuesday - Saturday. Outside there is lovely pool and tropical garden. Please be aware that the property is reached via a narrow road. We do not recommend large vehicles for this location. However, parking is available directly in front of the house. Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours. Personal check in and check out. Come and enjoy Hua Hin with us today ! Swimming Pool Size : 5x11x1.7 (W/L/D) A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1-3 nights: 2,000 THB 4-7 nights: 4,000 THB 8-14 nights: 8,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 15,000 baht The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges. The rental price includes electricity for 400 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out.
