We'll pick up our guests from Samui airport free of charge, transfer to the villa, were our Villa Manger will meet & greet our guests. We are happy to organize the following extra services: Thai In-house Chef, Thai Massages, Nanny services, Fully stocked bar and fridge, Car or moped rental HOUSE RULES: - No Smoking indoor, please. Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden area - No shoes indoor, please. - No loud music after 11pm (indoor and outdoor). Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time. - Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, 7 baht kilowatt/hr - This is common practice in Thailand. - Airport pick-up (one car only), housekeeping and pool cleaning and garden maintenance are included in the rental price. - If you require any additional cleaning, we’ll organize it. - Fast speed internet and IPTV with all the very latest Movies, Documentaries and Radio Channels in different languages. - As usual, we are charging a refundable ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The deposit is USD 300 or 10,000 THB, payable at arrival/ check in cash to the Villa Manager. - All bed linen and towels/ pool towels are provided.

Neighborhood info

Villa ‘Flamingo' is located in the most prestigious and peaceful area of Koh Samui; Choeng Mon Beach Plai Laem, which is situated in the north-eastern part of the island. The villa is close to four beaches, the closest being only a 12 minute walk. The airport is a 12 minutes drive from the house. ‘Flamingo' is situated between Fisherman's Village where you can enjoy fine dining on the beachfront with stunning sea views and sunsets AND Chaweng, which offers those seeking the night life the chance to party until the early hours of the morning. Choeng Mon/Plai Laem is one of the best location on Koh Samui. The town of Choeng Mon is home to many restaurants, bars and shops and is only a short 2 minute drive away. Samui Sanctuary Residence is a very peaceful, quiet and safe place (with security guard) with only 15 villas, no big roads around. Bangrak and Big Buddha are only a 5 minute drive from the villa and feature plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The ferry terminal is also located here for boats to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Seven11 and Family Mart are located approximately 1km from the villa offering items to serve most daily needs.
