While we’ve taken steps to soundproof the villa, two of the bedrooms may experience occasional noise until around midnight, while the other three remain perfectly quiet for a restful night’s sleep. 1. Early Arrival and Late Departure: Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 2. Additional Amenities: For amenities such as extra beds, baby cots, or highchairs, please contact our staff to confirm availability. These items may incur a separate fee. 3. Island Stay Considerations: Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay. 4.
