Just enter the actual dates that you need or message us, we can be flexible alot of the time. 😁 Constructed in the 90's, Payoon Garden Cliff Condominium is the tallest building along the coastline between Sathahip and Samet, and overlooks the sea and mountains around Sathahip naval base and royal residence. Situated between Utapao Airport and Map Ta Phut Industrial area (20 mins drive), Ban Chang offers seaside living similar to other towns on the coast, but far more peaceful. Our condo has a beautiful swimming pool, small gym, squash court, and steps to the beach for sunrise and sunset walks. Please note the following: - The condo is mainly residential, owned mostly by middle class Thai families from Bangkok who use it at the weekends. Our unit is NOT suitable for parties, as it is a very peaceful location - Guests will need their own transport to enjoy our unit, as there are no shops or restaurants within an easy walking distance - Our unit is more suitable for people who have previous experience with Thailand, since there are not the onsite facilities and services offered by a hotel or condotel If you are looking for an alternative to Jomtien, Sathahip, or Mae Ram Pheung beaches, we recommend that you check out Ban Chang. The unit is equipped for self catering with microwave, air fryer, 4 rings electric hob, fridge/freezer/ice machine, water filter, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, crockery & cutlery, cooking utensils and pots/pans/wok. Two bedrooms (with private bathrooms and Double beds) separated by large living/dining room, with one long balcony and one smaller balcony (off bedroom 1, very private). Fast wifi and 54" modern TV (with English news channels and movies available). Guests can also cast programs from their device or use Firesticks, etc.

We have been hosts before for our apartment in England, but now offer our holiday beach apartment to others to enjoy. We live in Bangkok, 2 hours drive from Payoon beach, and enjoy helping guests with local information and suggestions for where to go and what to eat. We hope you will enjoy :-)

Loads of Thai and western restaurants within a short drive, as well as tree lined beaches for a lazy day on the sand. Lotus and Tops supermarkets are within easy drive and stock fresh produce as well as some foreign foods. Half a dozen restaurants and hotels offer Western breakfasts within 2-7 mins drive. Specialist grocer stocking Western food located just 10 mins away for those craving bacon, sausages, and other meats. Local bakeries also bake European breads daily.
