Enjoy this beautiful place to stay. Nestled in the heart of a coconut grove, the BAAN BOHO villas welcome you for a calm and relaxing stay. Located in the center of the west coast of the island, its location allows you to be equally distant from all the beaches and 5 minutes by taxi from the center of Thongsala. You will particularly enjoy waking up in this green setting and relaxing in the swimming pool (3mx3m) overlooking the coconut grove at sunset. Each BAAN BOHO villa accommodates 4 people in a Scandinavian bohemian style and provides you with all the comfort and equipment necessary for your stay. The tenant is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the owner at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. Please be aware that a fee of 1,500 THB will apply for check-ins after 7pm. Please be aware that a fee of 1,500 THB will apply for check-outs before 8am.

Please note that, like nearly everywhere on the island, there is currently construction nearby the villa. There is a possibility that noise may be heard from the villa. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur during your stay. The TENANT undertakes not to cause or allow anyone to make noise or activity in the villa that may disturb the tranquility of the premises or neighbors. No excessive noise after 10pm. The tenant undertakes to use the villa "in good household manner" and to respect the house staff. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN: this noise and/or activity would constitute a violation of this contract and will result immediately of the end of this contract.
