The recently built Baan Sook Jai villa is contemporary in style. It offers a living space of approximately 250 sqm and is located in lush greenery 3 minutes’ walk from one of the most beautiful beaches and snorkeling spots on Koh Phangan Island. The villa is tastefully decorated and consists of 3 independent bedrooms each comprising a bathroom with separate toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a safe. The three bedrooms as well as the living room open onto an infinity pool surrounded by a very pleasant relaxation area which includes a spacious and very comfortable sala and a large outdoor dining room. The Western kitchen is fully equipped and joined to a lounge area and TV room. Please kindly note that the TENANT is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the OWNER at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. Check-in time is from 3pm to 7pm and check-out time is from 8am to 10am. Please be aware that a fee of 1,500 THB will apply for check-ins after 7pm. Please be aware that a fee of 1,500 THB will apply for check-outs before 8am. Please note that, like nearly everywhere on the island, there is currently construction nearby the villa. There is a possibility that noise may be heard from the villa.
