My name is Mica. I am 46 years old French citizen. I have been living in Thailand for 18 years. I had chance to live this country, to be fully accepted and appreciated by its people last, to meet my Thai wife and have son. I do speak Thai language. I will get sure my experience and knowledge about Thailand and Koh Phangan will be valuable along your stay at my villa. The ease of construction made me design, build and realize Baan Thamarchat 3 tropical villas, a safe concept in harmony with Koh Phangan magical island. It everyday gives me chance to meet people from all over the world and it is with my family, the best gift life could offers me.

Property info

Baan Yai also called villa One is Baan Thamarchat’s biggest villa with 320 sqm of living space on a 1000 Sqm of tropical garden. There are 5 bedrooms, all with air conditioning & fan, Smart TV – Netflix account and 3 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The open plan living area overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sofa area, dining area for up to 12 people, a fully furnished western-style kitchen and ceiling or floor fans. The slightly raised first floor (ground floor) has 3 of the bedrooms, two with King size beds (master bedrooms), air conditioning, Smart TVs, private bathroom, private toilet and a safe box. There is also a small bedroom with 2 singles, connected to one of the Master with Smart TV, Air conditioning and fan/ Upstairs you will find another 2 spacious bedrooms, both with King size beds, air conditioning and fan, Smart TVs, deck and lounge sofa space. There is a third open air hot shower bathroom in the garden to give a truly tropical, natural feel. The Swimming pool sizes 12×5 meters and has a large child shallow space.

Neighborhood info

Friendly Thai neighborhood, 7/11 mini-market open 24/24 is at 4-5 min walk only. Tens of restaurants are also at walking distance from villa and 2 restaurants are delivering freely at home. One of my employee is living on site and have his own bungalow 1 minute away from villa. Laid back neighborhood and a Thai tropical feeling area! Please be aware Baan Yai could also be rented in addition of Baan Thamarchat villas. You will find on booking "Baan Ya kha" five bedrooms and "Baan Taolili” three bedrooms (or please look at my listings) which rented with Baan Yai could offered a domain of 13 bedrooms! (5 bedrooms + 3bedrooms + 5 bedrooms) for a total amount of 26 guests
