The gala dinner for 31st December 2025 is included in the price.

A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.

Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID (only passport or identification card) upon arrival.

Please note that additional guests will incur an additional charge of THB 1980 per adult, and THB 990 per child.

Please note that for any additional guest there is an additional charge for breakfast, 350 THB per adult and 200 THB per child aged 3–12 years.

A refundable deposit of THB 2000 per pet will be placed on the guest's account registration. This deposit will be used for extra cleaning, if required. In the event of damages to the guest room or hotel property, the deposit will be credited towards charges owed.

When traveling with a cat or a dog under the weight of 10 kg and the height of 20 in, please note that an extra charge of THB 500 per pet, per night and room applies.

Please note that pets are not permitted on beds or furniture or in the villa’s pool.

Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead while in public areas of the property, and can only be in the back villa and car parking area and cannot walk on the grass in the common area.

Please note that pets are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel such as the check-in, garden, playground, playroom, pools, etc. For the restaurant, pets are allowed only in the front row and must be in a bag, on a lead, or on the beach table.

Please do not use any of the hotel implements such as towels and blankets with your dogs.

Please clean up your pet feces every time.

If you want to take your pet to the beach, please use the street beside the resort only.

Prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive to other guests.

Please do not leave your pet unattended.

The resort will not take responsibility for any accident with your pet during the stay.

In case of pet bite or harm to people, guest must be responsible for any cost of medical care.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
