Welcome to your 2 BR beachfront magnificent seaview retreat at the beach! This brand-new, two-bedroom home is located directly on the stunning Malibu beach, offering unparalleled ocean views and direct beach access. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, one bathroom and two pristine bedrooms with ACs, all designed with your comfort in mind. Step outside to enjoy your private deck, perfect for soaking up the sun or dining with the sound of the waves. Electricity is extra cost of 8 THB per unit (meter reading), paid by the guest. A deposit of 2,000 baht is required upon arrival.

Neighborhood info

This area of Malibu Beach is also called Chaloklum. It is very green, peaceful, and beautiful. There are many restaurants, shops, and a supermarket nearby. Every Sunday, there is a food market, which is very interesting to visit. It takes 30 minutes to get to Thong Sala Pier, and 40 minutes to the Half Moon Party.
