Facilities include microwave, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, pots, tableware, 55-inch smart TV, professional hi-fi, hair dryer, iron, air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, safe, and free Wi-Fi. Community Services include restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, and children's amusement parks. Surrounding facilities: Only 100m from the nearest beach. There is a 24-hour front desk service and a FamilyMart convenience store (800m) at the entrance of the community. There is a car rental store at the entrance of the community (the landlord enjoys exclusive discounts) 5 minutes drive from the seafood market. It’s 8 to 10 minutes’ drive from Tesco, HomPro, Cinema, Macro and Big C. 20 minutes drive from the pier. 20 minutes from the airport car park. It is only a 5-minute drive from the piers of Koh Tao and Koh Phangan. 10 minutes walk from Bophut Beach 5 minutes walk from Bangrak Beach 5 minutes drive from the Big Buddha Temple. Chaweng Beach is a 7-minute drive. It is only a 5-minute drive from the most lively fishing village on the island.
