With contemporary architecture, surrounded by a lush garden, 400 meters from the beach, whether with family or friends, this brand new villa is ideal for your vacation in Koh Phangan. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms on different levels. The villa has all the equipment for you to have an amazing holiday! Swim in the 12m by 4m infinity pool and relax on one of the sun deck loungers with spectacular views of the Gulf of Thailand and the island's famous sunsets. You can also sip a cocktail or simply enjoy a meal at the pool bar with the outdoor plancha. In the air-conditioned indoor living room, you can relax thanks to the smart TV and its comfortable armchairs and sofa. The kitchen is well equipped so that you can prepare small meals and enjoy them around the large dining table. Please kindly note that the TENANT is responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the premises and maintenance in good condition of all equipment, furniture, appliances, as delivered by the OWNER at the beginning of the lease. Please note that an extra fee of 2,000 THB will be charged if the villa is not cleaned and tidy upon check-out. Check-in time is from 3pm to 7pm and check-out time is from 8am to 10am. Folie Bleue Villa is owned by Shades of Blue Co., Ltd. , a Bangkok based company created in 2015. The architectural design of Folie Bleue Villa was developped by Santhaya and Associates, an award-winning international design firm established in Bangkok. The villa's management is under the oversight of an international Manager living in Koh Phangan for more than 10 years. Assisted by a team of experienced, flexible and tactful professionals for housekeeping, gardening, maintenance and services, the Manager makes sure that all is done to ensure a memorable stay for the guests. Services such as rental of car or scooter, booking of taxi, booking for excursions and sight seeing tours etc. can be facilitated by Folie Bleue Villa.

Mae Haad area is very famous on the island for snorkeling and diving, sand bar to get to Koh Ma, white sand beach, massage, restaurants, bars, Family Mart groceries shops just a few minute from the villa. Thong Sala, the main city on the island with a ferry peer to Koh Samui and Koh Tao, is 15 minutes drive and has plenty of supermarkets, shops, banks, post office. Chaloklum is 5 minutes drive, nice and quiet authentic village, lot of choices of seafood restaurants beach front. Haad Khom beach 10 minutes drive the more nature beach on the island. Please note that, like nearly everywhere on the island, there is currently a construction nearby the villa. There is a possibility that noise may be heard from the villa.
