Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period.

Please note that Thai guests need to provide an ID card. Non‑Thai guests must present a valid passport.

A complimentary shuttle service operates daily as follows:

- Resort to pier: 09:00, 14:00 and 18:00

- Pier to resort: 19:30

All shuttle services must be booked in advance.

The gala dinner for 31 December is included in the price.
