The main living, dining and kitchen area opens directly into the garden; the entire space drawing in the scenery and ocean breezes. This level also boasts a huge AV room that almost spans the length of the villa, complete with a home theatre system, large sofa and scatter cushions to relax on. As well as communal spaces to relax, there are individual areas that provide the perfect opportunity for a bit of me time and some pure relaxation. The lower level bedrooms all have their own private garden terraces, and the double guest bedroom occupies its own private corner overlooking the garden. Daytime pleasures centre around the large infinity pool, which literally pours into the view, set in the villa’s beautifully tended gardens, and large sand washed sun terrace.
