Welcome to Samui. The eminent and ultra-private sea view villa ICON is located on the hill at the heart of Samui island - Chaweng Noi area. It offers an amazing view on the main beach Chaweng. Villa was made in modern style, and each line was clearly designed by architects. ICON Luxury Private Villa has two floor, with tree different type of bedrooms (one master bedroom and two guests rooms). Master bedroom is the biggest, luxury, sea view room on the first top floor with 64 sq. meters which is include king sized bed, outdoor jacuzzi, SmartTV, WI-FI, air condition, giant wardrobe, Safe etc. The Second 32 sq. meters is cozy bedroom with a sea view pool access. Its has queen sized bed, SmartTV, WI-FI, air conditioner, big closet, Safe etc. The third 47 sq. meters is a comfy privacy bedroom with balcony that overlooks the sea and garden view. Its also include queen sized bed, smartTV, WI-FI, air condition, big wardrobe, Safe etc. There are also two kids beds, which can be installed in any bedrooms. There are 3 pools (fountain pool on the top next to master bedroom, garden pool next to guests rooms and also private swimming pool with 1.5 meter depth) It is completely fully furnished villa . The modern kitchen has absolutely all utensils for using, such as: fridge, stove, dish washer, oven , microwave oven, steamer, water cooler etc. Living room with a spectacular view on the beach and mountains, include the dining table, big and soft sofa, smartTV, air conditioner, Iron/Ironing board, sound system indoor/outdoor , and different designer lamps. The terrace offers the widest panoramic view from one side to the main beach and from the other side to the mountains and wild jungle. It also includes main swimming pool, sala with a little garden and great wall design solution with logo ICON.
