Remark: The speedboat schedule at 9:30 will be postponed to 11:30 from June to October.

Transfer Information:

Land transfer from Hat Yai Airport to Pakbara Pier or vice versa takes approximately. 1.5-2 hrs. subject to traffic conditions. (additional charges)

Speedboat from Pakbara Pier to Koh Lipe or vice versa takes approximately. 1.5-2 hrs. subject to sea conditions. (additional charges)

The hotel will provide a free shuttle from the Lipe Pier terminal. Please look for a hotel representative with signage.

All transportation is coordinated with an outsourced company. National Park Fee: National Park Admission fee THB 220 per person is required to pay in cash at the departure pier.

American Pit Bull Terrier and Rottweiler are strictly not allowed at the property. Please advise the breed of the dog in advance. Owners are responsible for all property damage and personal injury their pets cause during the stay.

Please note we welcome the cat(s) and dog(s) only at Sand Beachfront Pool Villa. No more than two pets are allowed per guest room.

• 10–30 June 2026: Inland swimming pool closed for electrical and lighting upgrades. The beachfront pool will remain open.

• 1–30 September 2026: Beachfront swimming pool closed for maintenance. The inland pool will remain open.
