The residence is hidden in a peaceful area of natural inspiring beauty; insuring a seamless harmony between indoor and outdoor living, Karma Shana’s villas exude elegant Balinese-inspired design. Fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped by Karma Resort Samui, these 3-bedroom villas, each with a private pool, are ready to welcome lovers and families to a tranquil tropical paradise. Please kindly note that the residence is still under construction and that Karma Shana is slightly operating in soft-opening mode.

As a reminder before your arrival, please find below some useful information:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Late check-in: arrivals after 7:00 PM are available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

• Check-out: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (noon)

A fully refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB (300 EUR / USD) is required in cash upon arrival. It will be returned at check-out after the villa inspection.

Electricity is charged separately based on your actual consumption during your stay, at 7 THB per kWh.

Please kindly remember that Karma Shana Residence is a private villa residence rather than a hotel, offering independent accommodation in a peaceful tropical setting.

As with many islands in Thailand, occasional electricity or water interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen incidents. During power outages, the villas will temporarily be without electricity. While these situations are fortunately uncommon, they are unfortunately beyond our control, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding should they occur.

As a warm welcome, we will prepare a complimentary starter pack for your arrival, including a selection of essential toiletries and household items to help you settle in comfortably.

Please note that these amenities are provided as a welcome courtesy upon check-in and are not replenished during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Karma Shana Residence of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
