Kerem Villas is a breathtaking four-villa complex in the exclusive Plai Laem neighborhood of Thailand’s Koh Samui island designed for luxury by renowned architect, Gary Fell, and furnished with Meridiani decor and Smeg appliances throughout. Each villa has an open-concept kitchen, three ensuite bedrooms with his-and-her sinks and walk-in rain showers, a private terrace, an infinity pool, and a balcony with full sea views from every room. The shared areas on the Kerem property include the dramatic streetside entrance, parking area, and fully-equipped gym and wellness facilities. The shared, private beach is rocky with a shallow water entry and a small sandy area. We are across the bay from the Big Buddha Statue with views south and west over the emerald waters of the Gulf of Thailand. The Terrace villas have two identical bedrooms with large queen rooms on the upper floor and one extra-spacious master bedroom on the lower floor with a walk-in closet and large pull-out couch for children. The Beachfront villas have three large queen rooms on the upper floor and a movie room (off the living room) that converts into a fourth bedroom. Bookings include free airport pick up and drop off, a free fruit basket, coffee and tea service, daily cleaning and turndown service, and personal concierge services. The on-site villa staff is ready to take care of your every need. We are available around the clock to answer questions, prepare Thai dinners, book tours or shuttles, help with car or bike rentals, or reserve you a yoga instructor, personal trainer, or babysitter.

Each of our 4 villas provides absolute privacy and seclusion. A large infinity pool with oak lounge furniture and broad open sea views. Steps from the pool is a private beach accessed only by villa guests. A full gym is available to all guests with various cardio machines, free weights, a cage, and a cable-pulley and band resistance system. With a large open-plan kitchen, the living and dining room provide absolute comfort for all guests and face directly out over the sea. Rent each villa individually or all 4 for a group vacation or special occasion. The two mirror-image upper villas each have 3 double bedrooms. Two masters and 1 converts to sleep 4 guests making each villa suitable for up to 8 guests. The expansive view of the Big Buddha and the open sea is matched only by the expert interior modern design, imported European furniture, and appliances. The lower beachfront villas feature an additional interior movie room that doubles as a 4th bedroom making these villas comfortable for up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, including the movie room. a personal experience manager, unlimited tea/coffee and daily fruit selected is included for all guests. Thai Dinner, a yoga instructor and a personal trainer can be arranged at an extra fee.
