Kids-Dee Home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood of Padang Besar, just about 1.5 km from the Thailand–Malaysia border checkpoint. The area is calm and friendly, surrounded by local restaurants, markets, and border shopping spots. It’s a perfect blend of convenience and homely comfort for travelers who want to experience the charm of a small border town. Nearby attractions include: 🛍️ Padang Besar Market – The town’s most famous shopping spot, filled with local food, souvenirs, clothing, and great-value items. It’s a lively market where you can enjoy the local atmosphere and cross-border culture. 🕊️ Khao Rup Chang Temple (Wat Khao Rup Chang, Padang Besar) – A beautiful temple located on a hilltop with panoramic views of the town. The mountain’s elephant-like shape gives the temple its name. Inside, visitors can walk into a cave adorned with stunning stalactites and stalagmites, where sacred Buddha images are enshrined. There is also a large statue of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva for worship. Feeding the fish here is a small act of kindness that completes your peaceful visit. 🌄 Two Lands Viewpoint (Khao Song Phaendin) – A scenic viewpoint where you can see both Thailand and Malaysia at once.
