The Villa has 7 Bedrooms, 4 bedrooms in the main villa, all with En-suites and a 2 bedroom guest house with a shared bathroom, small kitchen and an adjoining games room with lounge area, pool table and bar. Guest house also have 1 room en-suite/maid room. 3 of the bathrooms in the main house also have bathtubs and tropical showers outside. The property is top spec with all modern amenities and utilities. Inside the villa there is a wide-open plan living, dining and European style kitchen area which has plenty of space to enjoy meals at the dining table or relaxing watching TV, or just enjoy the pool table and games room with friends or family. Outside is an Oasis with a huge pool 5x14x1.5 (W/L/D), the pool also has a fully equipped sunken bar with fridge etc. There is also a sauna in the property. The large outdoor terrace is perfectly set up with a large BBQ and plenty of dining space and shade. 10-minute drive from Hua Hin City Center and beaches. The villa includes 1 Kitchens and is tastefully decorated with craft, high quality furniture and a also have a small kitchen pantry in the guesthouse. Maid service 8 hours a day for 6 times pr. week is included Monday - Saturday. Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours. Personal check in and check out. The rental price includes electricity for 700 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1-3 nights: 5,000 THB 4-7 nights: 8,000 THB 8-14 nights: 12,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 18,000 baht The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
