The House is located inside the City Center with shops, restaurants and everything in walking distance. Very convenient! ---------------------------------------------------- LUXURY CITY LOFT - HOUSE RULES - Check-in: After 14:00 pm - Check-out: Before 11:00 am (Please inform us) - Please switch off all air conditioners and fans when you leave the house or go to town. - Parties are ok, but please don't be noisy / loud on the terraces in the evening and please don't break anything. - Smoking is allowed only on terraces (outside). No smoking inside. (Fine: 5.000 THB) - Electricity is charged at 6 THB / unit (standard public government price, charged by meter). In average this is just 150 THB / day in total. - The consumption of "DURIAN" fruits in the house is prohibited. - 1 of the 3 bedrooms on the second floor is available to groups of more than 5 people only (if not confirmed differently). Deposit at check-in: 3,000 THB (6,000 THB if stay is longer than 1 week / Deposit will be returned at check-out if all is ok) THANK YOU ! :)
