Hey! My name is Annika and I am from Sweden. Since a few years, I live on Koh Lanta along with my husband. I fell in love with the island in 1999 when I was here for the first time and now I run a rental business on the island. All the houses I rent are privately owned. I want my guests to have as positive an experience as possible and try to do everything to make them feel welcome. Welcome to this exclusive beachfront villa in a unique location with two fantastic patios. The villa has two levels with large and beautiful outdoor living areas, and a wonderful view of the Andaman Sea. Close to shops and nice restaurants and a one minute walk to the beach. Aircon in all rooms and wireless internet. Weekly cleaning and weekly washing of sheets and towels are included.

Neighborhood info

The villa is located in a quiet and protected area at the end of Long Beach. Along the beach are many cozy restaurants and a few minutes walk from the area are shops, pharmacies and several restaurants, both Thai and international. There is also a market with fresh food in different places every day. Its about 7 km to the islands main town called Saladan. It's easy to get there by tuk-tuk or taxi. It is also easy to book excursions at any of the travel agencies located along the way.
